SMC delivers an international hospital management service. We currently manage a hospital and 10 diagnostic centers distributed across
the GCC, including in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, The United Arab Emirates and Oman, providing a full range of clinical services from primary to tertiary level.
Within the UK our sister company UME Group has an extensive record of private sector management and of developing innovative schemes in
collaboration with local health authorities and hospital trusts. Our knowledge of all aspects of healthcare management, from a strategic
review to the design of a brand new facility offers an in-depth of understanding and a joined up approach which delivers the best
solutions to our clients.
SMC have managed eleven hospitals, out of which three where developed, commissioned and managed by us. The remaining eight we consulted for and implemented a change in management and commissioned new services such as Cardiac surgery and Renal transplant. We are also major investors and managers in two of the hospitals and three diagnostic centres.
